Please note that cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform used. Our hotel management software, Eviivo, manages our bookings and integrates different policies for various platforms.

General Cancellation Policy

Our general cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Booking.com
   • More than 4 weeks before check-in: No charge.
   • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before check-in: 30% charge.
   • Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 100% charge.
   • On the day of check-in (00:00): 100% charge.
2. Airbnb
   • Cancellation before 16:00, 7 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount.
   • Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of total booking amount.
3. Expedia
   • More than 4 weeks before check-in: No charge.
   • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before check-in: 30% charge.
   • Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 100% charge.
4. Agoda
   • Cancellation before 22:00, 30 days before check-in: No charge.
   • Less than 30 days before check-in: 30% charge.
   • Less than 10 days before check-in: 100% charge.
5. Google Hotel Ads
   • More than 4 weeks before check-in: No charge.
   • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before check-in: 30% charge.
   • Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 100% charge.
6. Myweb Powered by Eviivo
   • More than 4 weeks before check-in: No charge.
   • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before check-in: 30% charge.
   • Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 100% charge.
7. Eviivo Powered and Eviivo Community
   • More than 4 weeks before check-in: No charge.
   • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before check-in: 30% charge.
   • Less than 2 weeks before check-in: 100% charge.

Important Notes

• Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 22:00 for all platforms, except for Booking.com, where the charge applies from 00:00 on the day of check-in.
• Changes and Modifications: Any modifications to the booking may be subject to additional charges based on the platform’s policies.
• No-Shows: Failure to check-in without prior notice will be considered a cancellation and charged according to the platform-specific policy.
